Teriyaki Beef with Vegetables

Today I made teriyaki beef with carrots and broccoli! This recipe is very easy to make. I basically cheated on some things to make it faster. Of course you can make it as you prefer!

Step 1:
Cut the carrots in thin slices. Put them in a pan with some olive oil and stir occasionally until their color is a little brighter orange than before. Put the broccoli in a bowl and microwave it for about a minute and a half or one minute if your microwave is powerful.

 Step 2:
Since I did not have any onions, I sprinkled some onion flakes and stirred for about a minute. Then add the garlic.

Step 3:
Add the beef cut in strips and stir until cooked.

Step 4:
Add the teriyaki sauce. I used a bottled one, but you can definitely make your own from scratch using this recipe I found on Food.com: http://www.food.com/recipe/restaurant-teriyaki-sauce-133751

Step 5:
Add the broccoli, cover the pan and lower the heat to a minimum for about 2 minutes stirring occasionally.

Step 6:
If you like you can sprinkle some sesame seeds. It's ready! Enjoy!
