DIY - Fascinator / Wedding Hat

Hello Everyone! I have a wedding coming up which requires me to wear a fascinator!! And since they are somewhat expensive and I'm only going to wear it this once, I decided to make it myself! You can too! It's really easy, just need to follow these simple steps!
